This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is very helpful and cordial, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, its prime location near the beautiful Lalbagh botanical garden and close proximity to the Metro station make it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel also has a range of restaurants where you can order delicious food.
No major drawbacks, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel provides excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is ideal, with a Kamat restaurant nearby and the convenience of being close to the metro station. The staff are very helpful and cordial, going above and beyond to assist guests.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory; nothing needed improvement.

Close to Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Metro station, Kamat restaurant, and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation, especially for my mother.

The hotel was located in a great area, close to restaurants and a beautiful public garden. the room was neat and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. One of the best things was the friendly staff, who were always available to help with any requests. the hotel had a variety of menu options for ordering food to the room.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and there were no buckets or mugs available. the linens were also a little dirty, which was a downside.

This hotel is a perfect place for families with children. It is conveniently located near the beautiful Lalbagh botanical garden and just a few steps away from the metro station and Kamat restaurant. the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with great amenities like 24-hour water, good AC, and TV set. the staff is very helpful and provides excellent service. there are a range of restaurants to choose from and the breakfast is delicious.
The crammed bathing area in the bathroom could be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located near some great attractions, which made it easy for me to explore the area during my Easter holiday. The room was spacious and had a good view of the cityscape. I also liked the comfortable bed and the free Wi-Fi which was fast and reliable.
The staff were not welcoming at all, which was quite frustrating. They were not interested in providing basic amenities and their customer service was poor.
